SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of purchase, or the availability of the items. When processing the order, the available shipping options, as well as the cost and estimated delivery time, will be displayed.
Delivery options > Home delivery:
Mainland Spain
Delivery within a maximum of 48 working hours from receipt of the order. The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and delivery address. Free shipping for orders over €100.International shipping
Delivery depends on the destination. The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and delivery address. Free shipping for orders over €100.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or additional charges in the country of destination.
Deliveries are made only on working days. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The user has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product without the need to provide any justification.
Unless the return is due to a defect in the product, the shipping costs related to the return shall be borne by the user.
In all cases, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund of the returned product(s) will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the user notifies us of their decision to withdraw, although it may be withheld until the product has been received or proof of its return has been provided.

Name and value of the products
Reason for the return
Mobile phone number
For online purchases, only returns are accepted, not exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the purchased item (and you will receive the corresponding refund) and place a new order for the desired product.
Once the information has been received, the NUR Formentera team will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return and providing the address to which the product(s) must be sent.
Requirements for returns to be accepted:
Products must retain their original, intact seal.
The product must be properly packaged for its return.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed and which, for health, hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be resold, or where use beyond the mere verification of condition is evident.
Refunds will not be made under any circumstances if the returned product(s) do not meet the conditions described above.
