COMPOSITION

Tablets: Aliviolas FisioLax Complex (obtained from Senna, Chicory, Fennel, Dandelion, Caraway, and Cumin) 420 mg per tablet.
Syrup (for reference): Aliviolas FisioLax syrup 5 ml (1 teaspoon) (obtained from Senna; Chicory; Fennel; Dandelion; concentrated juices of Apple, Plum, and Lemon; Fennel essential oil; Cane Sugar; Water; Acacia Gum; natural Lemon flavouring)

HOW TO USE

Tablets:
Take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening as needed, with plenty of water.
The correct dosage is the minimum required to promote regular bowel movement without causing loose stools, and should be adjusted individually.
Recommended for ages 12 and up.
To support bowel regularity, it is generally advised to drink fluids throughout the day, consume sufficient fiber, and engage in physical activity.
